How do I order prints?
Browse our collection and select the photograph you'd like to purchase. Choose your preferred size and format (matted print or canvas wrap), then add to cart and proceed to checkout. All prints are made to order to ensure the highest quality.
What print options are available?
We offer two premium formats:
Matted Prints (8x12): Includes artist signature on archival white matting (12x16 overall). Frame-ready presentation perfect for standard frames.
Canvas Gallery Wraps: Museum-quality canvas stretched over wooden frames. Ready to hang immediately upon arrival. Artist signature appears on the reverse side.
Are all prints signed by the artist?
Yes. Every print is personally signed by Ken. Matted prints are signed on the front of the mat, while canvas prints are signed on the back.
What sizes do you offer?
Standard sizes include 8x12, 11x14, 16x24, and 24x36. Each size is available in both matted and canvas formats. Custom sizes and alternative paper stocks can be arranged - please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
How long until my order ships?
All prints are produced using museum-grade archival materials and ship within 10 business days of order placement. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that prints larger than 11x17 may incur additional shipping fees depending on your location. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes determined by your country.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We take great care in producing and packaging each print to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Please review size and format specifications carefully before ordering. If your print arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so we can arrange a replacement.

Can I request a specific photograph that isn't in your shop?
Yes! If you've seen a photograph in Ken's portfolio that isn't currently available in the shop, please contact us. We're happy to discuss creating a custom print from Ken's complete body of work.
Do you offer framing services?
Matted prints (8x12 on 12x16 mat) are frame-ready and designed to fit standard frame sizes. Canvas wraps arrive ready to hang with no framing needed. For custom framing recommendations or services, please reach out to discuss your project.

Shipping Costs:
Standard shipping is included for prints up to 11x17. Prints larger than 11x17 may require additional shipping fees depending on your delivery location. Any additional charges will be calculated at checkout.
International Shipping:
We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.
Packaging:
Every print is carefully packaged in protective materials to ensure safe arrival. Canvas and acrylic prints are wrapped and boxed with corner protection. Matted prints are sleeved and backed with rigid board.
Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We take exceptional care in producing each print to Ken's exacting standards and package everything securely to ensure safe delivery.
Damaged Shipments:
If your print arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photographs of both the packaging and the damage. We'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
